산림환경보전공학 연구실을 찾아주신 여러분, 진심으로 환영합니다!

우리 연구실은 산림환경에서 발생하는 자연재해와 환경 변화 과정을 공학적으로 이해하고, 이를 저감·관리하기 위한 지속가능한 산림환경보전 전략을 연구하는 데 중점을 두고 있습니다.

산사태, 토양 침식, 유역 수문 과정, 물의 이동 등 산림환경 내 물리적·공학적 메커니즘을 현장 조사와 실험, 자료 분석을 통해 규명하고, 산림의 안정성과 공익적 기능을 증진시키기 위한 실질적인 관리 방안을 제시하고 있습니다.

우리 연구실은 학부생부터 대학원생까지 연구 전 과정에 직접 참여할 수 있는 기회를 제공하며, 전공 수업에서 배운 이론을 실제 산림 현장에 적용하는 경험을 중요하게 생각합니다. 또한 정기적인 세미나와 연구 활동을 통해 문제 해결 능력과 연구 역량을 함께 키워나가고 있습니다.

산림환경보전공학 분야에 관심 있는 학생들을 대상으로 진로 및 대학원 진학 상담을 진행하고 있으며, 연구에 적극적으로 참여할 인재를 상시 모집하고 있습니다.

Welcome to the Forest Environmental Conservation Engineering Laboratory!

Welcome, and thank you for visiting the Forest Environmental Conservation Engineering Laboratory.

Our laboratory focuses on engineering-based approaches to understand natural disasters and environmental changes occurring in forest environments, and to develop sustainable strategies for forest environmental conservation, mitigation, and management.

We investigate physical and engineering mechanisms within forest ecosystems—such as landslides, soil erosion, watershed hydrological processes, and water movement—through field surveys, experiments, and data analysis. Based on these studies, we propose practical management solutions aimed at enhancing forest stability and public environmental functions.

Our laboratory provides opportunities for students, from undergraduate to graduate levels, to participate directly in all stages of research. We place great importance on applying theoretical knowledge gained in coursework to real-world forest environments. In addition, regular seminars and research activities support the development of problem-solving skills and research competence.

We offer academic and career counseling for students interested in forest environmental conservation engineering, including guidance for graduate studies, and we continuously seek motivated individuals who are eager to actively engage in research.
