2024 정부초청외국인 학부 장학생 모집 공고

2024년 정부초청외국인 학부 장학생을 다음과 같이 모집하오니, 우리 대학에 수학을 희망하는 외국인 학생들의 많은 지원 바랍니다.

 1. 우리 대학 수학을 희망하는 외국인 학생들은 모집인원·선발기준 및 전체일정을 첨부된 파일을 참고하여 지원하길 바랍니다.

 2. 접수일정: '23. 9. 15.(금)~10. 20.(금) 14:00   ※ '23. 10. 20.(금) 14:00 이후 도착분은 접수하지 않음 ※

 3. 지원방법: 대외협력과 국제교류팀[가좌캠퍼스]로 지원서류 우편제출 또는 방문

4. 지원 유의사항:

① 성적: 백분율 환산 점수 80% 이상 또는 석차 상위 20% 이내인 사람만 지원 가능 또는 CGPA 2.64/4.0, 2.80/4.3, 2.91/4.5, 3.23/5.0 이상인 사람만 지원 가능

② 아포스티유 확인(또는 영사확인): 모든 증명서류는 반드시 아포스티유 확인 또는 영사 확인을 받은 서류만 제출하여야 함

③ 제출된 서류는 반환되지 않으므로 복사본에 공증&아포스티유 확인 또는 공증&영사 확인을 받아 제출하길 바람

④ 모든 추천서는 밀봉된 상태로 제출되어야 함

⑤ 서류에 스테이플러 사용을 금지하며, 체크리스트 순서대로 서류를 정렬한 뒤 오른쪽 상단에 체크리스트 상의 번호와 명칭을 기재하여 제출해야 함

⑥ 출생증명서는 지원자와 부모님의 국적 및 관계를 확인하기 위해 제출을 요구하는 것이므로 지원자와 부모님의 국적 그리고 관계 모두 증빙할 수 있는 서류를 제출해야 하며 아포스티유 확인 또는 영사 확인 필수임

⑦ 작성서류는 반드시 본인의 서명이 있어야 함

⑧ 지원자는 반드시 1999년 3월 1일(25세) 이후 출생자여야 함

⑨ 지원자의 영어 이름은 반드시 지원자 여권 상의 이름과 일치해야 함

5. 제출서류 유의사항:

① 작성서류: 영어(또는 한국어)로 작성된 자필 서명 원본 제출

    ※ 아포스티유 확인(또는 영사확인) 불필요

② 증명서류:

- 영어(또는 한국어)로 된 원본: 아포스티유 또는 영사확인 필수

- 영어(또는 한국어)로 된 복사본: 공증&아포스티유 또는 공증&영사확인 필수

- 현지어 서류: 현지어 서류 및 번역공증본을 함께 제출하며, 두 서류 중 하나에는 반드시 아포스티유 확인(또는 영사확인) 받아서 제출

- 현지어 서류 복사본: 현지어 서류 복사본 및 번역공증본을 함께 제출하며, 두 서류 중 하나에는 반드시 공증&아포스티유 확인(또는 공증&영사확인) 받아서 제출

 위의 유의사항을 지키지 않은 서류는 접수하지 않음 

※ 지원자의 직전 학교에서 발급 된 추천장만 인정되며, 경상국립대학교 소속 교수의 추천서는 심사에 인정되지 않음 ※

2024 Admission of Global Korea Scholarship for Undergraduate Degree from GNU

GNU is pleased to announce the opening of the GKS program admission for undergraduate students and international students are encouraged to consider this opportunity for their future careers.

1. Applicants are advised to look into the admission guidelines carefully and should be aware of its details and procedures.

2. Documents submission : September 15th - October 20th 14:00, 2023 

    The admission Schedule will be followed by the attached guidelines.

3. Applicants should send a POSTAL MAIL or visit to turn in all the documents for admission to the address by October 20, 2023.

    ※ The documents that arrive after the deadline will not be accepted ※

    ※ Submission through Email is not acceptable ※

4. Notes for Applicants

① Grades: Only those with a percentage conversion score of 80% or higher or within the top 20% of the order are eligible or those with CGPA of            2.64/4.0, 2.80/4.3, 2.91/4.5, 3.23/5.0 or higher

② Confirmation of Apostille (or consular confirmation): All certificate documents must be submitted only after receiving Apostilled or consular confirmed

③ Submitted documents will not be returned, so please submit a copied version of documents after receiving notarization & Apostilled or notarization &      consular confirmed 

④ All recommendation letters be submitted sealed

⑤ The use of staplers is prohibited in documents, and the documents must be sorted in the order of the checklist and submitted with the number and name on the checklist in the upper right corner

⑥ Since the birth certificate requires submission to confirm the nationality and relationship between the applicant and the parent, documents must be submitted to prove both the applicant and the parent's nationality and relationship, and Apostilled or consular confirmation is required

⑦ Documents to complete must have Applicant's signature

⑧ Applicant must be under 25 years of age(born after March 1, 1999)

⑨ Applicant's English name MUST match the name on their passport

5. Submission Requirement of GNU  

①Documents to complete 

- All forms must be submitted in English or Korean with the applicant’s signature. (※ No need to be apostilled or consular-confirmed) 

※ No need to get apostilled or consular confirmed on Documents to complete

②Required certificates 

- Documents written in English or Korean: MUST be apostilled or consular confirmed

- Copied version: MUST be notarized&apostilled or notarized&consular confirmed 

 -Documents written in other languages:  MUST obtain an apostille or consular confirmation either on the original document or certified translation document written in the original language and its certified translation must be submitted together

-Copied version of documents written in other languages: MUST obtain notarization&apostille or notarization&consular confirmation either on the original document or certified translation document written in the original language and its certified translation must be submitted together 

Documents not follow by the submission requirements of GNU will not be accepted.

 ※ We accept a recommendation from only the applicant's previous degree, a GNU professor's recommendation is not counted as an evaluation point ※
