Curriculum

Distinct Features

  • Experienced Korean instructors will teach each language skill (Vocabulary/Grammar, Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing), based on learner's educational level.
  • Every Friday, leaners will take a weekly test in order to improve their academic achievement rate, and also, take final exams.
  • In order to enhance the level of understanding the Korean culture, field study programs will be provided.

Level 1

  •  Able to perform basic language functions necessary for survival, such as introducing oneself, buying goods, ordering food, etc., and is able to understand and express content related to very personal and familiar topics such as self, family, hobbies, and weather.
  • Able to understand and construct simple life and practical sentences.

Level 2

  • Able to perform functions necessary for daily life, such as making calls and asking for favors, and functions necessary for using public facilities such as post offices and banks.
  • Able to understand and use paragraphs on personal and familiar topics

Level 3

  • Students do not have difficulty in carrying out daily activities and are able to perform the basic language functions necessary to use various public facilities and maintain social relationships
  • Able to express or understand familiar and specific materials, as well as social materials that are familiar to them, paragraphically

Level 4

  • Able to perform language functions necessary for the use of public facilities and maintenance of social relationships, and to some extent perform functions necessary for general work performance.
  • Students will be able to understand and use social and cultural content based on frequently used idiomatic expressions and an understanding of representative Korean culture

Level 5

  • Able to perform some of the language functions necessary for research or work in a specialized 
  •     field, and to understand and use unfamiliar subjects in politics, economics, society, and culture.

Level 6

  • Able to perform language functions necessary for research or work in a specialized field with relative accuracy and fluency, and to understand and use topics that are not familiar to them in politics, economics, society, and culture.
