The Organic Pharmaceutical Chemistry Lab is dedicated to developing functional materials using functional organic compounds. The lab has established an available organic compound screening system that focuses on metabolic diseases, skin whitening, and cognitive function improvement from various biosources to discover leading compounds. Our lab is equipped with advanced technologies such as LC-MS (Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry) and GC-MS (Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry) to perform metabolite analysis and tracking studies of useful leading compounds discovered through our research efforts. This allows us to gain a better understanding of the structure, composition, and properties of these compounds which can be used in further development activities. Furthermore, this technology enables us to detect any changes in the metabolites over time or between different batches for quality control purposes.
