Alien Registration
Alien Registration	Alien card re-issuance
A student must get a residence permit within 90 days from your arrival date.	If a student lose the alien card, it can be re-issued at the immigration office.

If the information registered in the immigration office is changed, the change must be reported within 15 days from the date of the change.
General change
- Matters to be reported: Name, Sex, Date of birth, Nationality, Passport number, Passport issue date and expiry date
- Report period: within 15 days from the date of the change
- Required documents: Application form, Passport, Alien card, Documents proving the change
Change of address
- Report period: within 15 days from the date of move
- How to report: Visit the immigration office or the local community center
- Required documents: Passport, Alien card, House contract

Application Period: from 4 months before the expiry date
How to Apply: Apply on HiKorea or at the Changwon Immigration Office with the required documents (When visiting the Changwon Immigration Office, you must make a reservation in advance on the website.)
At the beginning of each semester, OIEC will collect students’ documents and submit them to the immigration office. The submission period of application will be notified later.
