1. ABOUT THE PROGRAMME Groundwater accounts for ~99% of the world's liquid freshwater yet faces accelerating depletion, contamination, and climate-driven stress. This intensive week-long programme equips future water leaders from developing countries with practical skills in sustainable groundwater quantity and quality management, combining classroom lectures, laboratory tours, and field visits to Korea's most advanced water management facilities.
