The public pressure and marine system laboratory is conducting research activities on the
model, interpretation, and automation of mechanical systems related to ships, shipping, and
shipbuilding equipment.
Research is being conducted on post-processing devices and LNG propulsion/eco-friendly
fuels to reduce harmful exhaust emissions such as sulfur oxide (SOx), nitrogen oxide (NOx), and particulate matter (PM), which are environmental pollutants emitted from ships.
It is conducting research on the development of monitoring and precision control systems for
large block transport vehicles for K-Yard, the development of active safety technology for workplaces based on ICT technology, the development of intelligent control and intelligent
construction technology using IoT and AI technology, and the development of smart
technology capable of active safety systems and self-diagnosis.
