∙ Papers published prior to admission to graduate school are excluded from application (however, papers conducted during the graduate school degree program at our university (school name must be indicated) are acceptable)

Humanities and Social Sciences

Papers written by the first author or higher in journals listed by the National Research Foundation of Korea

Engineering, medical

Papers by the main author in SCIE, SCOPUS-listed journals

Arts and Physical Education

A paper written by the first author in a journal listed by the National Research Foundation of Korea or a prize winner in a national competition

Note

∙ Papers applying for international joint research participation awards are excluded from applications for excellent papers (duplicate applications are not allowed)

∙ Only one person can submit the same paper

∙ Papers must be submitted by the main author (first author or corresponding author). More than two papers can be submitted by each individual. However, only one excellent paper will be selected (school affiliation must be indicated).

∙ Achievements that have already been recommended as a Young Pioneer Researcher Award cannot be re-recommended.

Excellent paper: A team with more than 2 papers submitted by the advisory professor and a high number of papers

Engineering, medical

Excellent thesis: A team that has submitted more than 6 papers in the last 3 semesters by the advisory professor and has a high combined FWCI value
