    Acts such as theft or assault that cause serious harm to other residents or threaten dormitory safety

    Causing a fire

    Causing issues related to sexual misconduct(sexual harassment, sexual assault/molestation, rape, illegal filming)

    Allowing or entering resident rooms with outsiders (including residents) during quiet hours

        ※ Quiet hours: 23:00–06:00

    Bringing in or using weapons, illegal substances (including drugs), or dangerous materials (flammable materials, gas burners, etc.)

5 Points

(Move-out)

Not allowed to live in the dormitory during enrollment.

Refusal to comply with life guidance or failure to follow instructions from administrators(staff, resident advisors, etc.)

Transferring, receiving, or renting an assigned dormitory room

Conducting group activities unrelated to dormitory life

Smoking(including electronic cigarettes) inside the dormitory(including rooftops), or discovery of smoking traces(cigarette butts, odor, etc.)

Intentional damage or destruction of dormitory property or facilities

4 Points

(Move-out)

Not allowed to live in the dormitory for 12 months starting from the opening date of the next semester.

    Bringing in or using prohibited items, including: Personal mobility devices (PM) and batteries, Power strips without overload protection, Electric heaters, electric heating pads, hot plates, Electric kettles, electric pots, Scented candles, Other items posing a fire hazard

    Allowing or entering outsiders (including residents) into dormitory buildings

    Lending or transferring a dormitory card

    Using abusive language or verbal violence toward administrators or residents

    Alcohol consumption, bringing alcoholic beverages(including empty containers), gambling, or loud disturbances

    Causing disturbance or noise(including inter-floor noise) that interferes with other residents’ sleep or study

    Changing assigned dormitory rooms without authorization

    Failing to use designated entrances when entering or exiting dormitory facilities(including the cafeteria)

    Illegally receiving or opening mail addressed to others

    Spreading false information online or damaging the network environment

    Unauthorized removal of shared items(e.g., irons, items provided in resident rooms or lounges)

    Bringing in or keeping pets

    Intentional manipulation of heating or cooling systems or arbitrarily replacing dormitory equipment

    Requesting a refund of dormitory fees before move-in or moving out during the semester(except in verifiable cases such as leave of absence, hospitalization, or employment)

    Wearing outdoor shoes inside resident rooms

    Improper use of cafeteria meals or assisting others in misuse

    Failure to clean and organize the room upon move-out

    Illegal disposal of trash outside designated areas (including failure to separate recyclables)

3 Points

Not allowed to live in the dormitory for 6 months starting from the opening date of the next semester.

    Entering the dormitory in severely drunken state

    Leaving fire-hazard electrical appliances (e.g., hair straighteners, hair dryers) turned on while away

    Using or bringing in reportable electrical appliances(refrigerators, humidifiers, air purifiers, dehumidifiers) without prior reporting to the security office

      ※ Refrigerators: one per person only, small size under 50 liters(monthly power consumption: 12–15 kWh)

    Failure to return the dormitory card upon move-out

    Using a dryer without properly spin-drying laundry first

    Remaining in the dormitory during disinfection operations and interfering with quarantine or sanitation work

  1. Failure to attend mandatory communal living education each semester or failure to complete online training

    Doing laundry outside the laundry room or using the laundry room after 24:00

    Failure to clean and organize resident rooms

    Obstructing passageways in corridors or emergency stairways with personal belongings (including trash)

    Possession of bicycles or personal mobility devices without a real-name sticker

    Parking bicycles or personal mobility devices in non-designated areas
