Multi-axis robot design and control device design technology

Introduction to the lab

We are conducting research to design mechanical devices for robots and automation systems and develop programs to design and control their control devices.

Research content

1. Research on the development of a 5-axis dedicated robot for loading/unloading workpieces on a CNC lathe

(1) Forward kinematics and inverse kinematics analysis and simulation study of 5-axis robot

(2) Static and dynamic analysis research for robot mechanical device design

(3) Robot control device electronic design, control device production, and characteristic experiment research

(4) Research on algorithm development and program production for robot control


2. Research on the development of a lower extremity rehabilitation robot that can move on irregular surfaces

(1) Forward kinematics and inverse kinematics analysis and simulation study of lower extremity rehabilitation robot

(2) Static and dynamic analysis research for lower extremity rehabilitation robot mechanical device design

(3) Design of electronic furnace for lower extremity rehabilitation robot control device, production of control device, and characteristic experiment research

(4) Algorithm development and program production research for lower extremity rehabilitation robot control


3. Robot and automation system development research and consulting for smart factory process improvement

(1) Consulting research for factory automation and smart factories using industrial robots

(2) Development research to design and manufacture new robots and automation systems

(3) Research on predicting the lifespan of systems such as robots for smart factories
