- Screening and separation of functional components from marine biological resources.

- Evaluation of physiological activity of functional ingredients and research on mass production methods.

- Development and commercialization of functionally labeled marine food.

- Development and commercialization of marine resource-derived care foods, catering to specific needs such as patient food, senior-friendly food, and baby food.
