Students in attendance at GNU or the preliminary university program
Undergraduate and graduate student of GNU
Compensation for self-funded cost to treat injuries during university course taking at campus and official university events outside campus
In case of accidents occurred during experiments/practices/studies at laboratories, contact Lab Safety Center for inquiry and claim (Tel: 055-772-0683)
In order to acquire insurance benefit for self-funded treatment expense, submit the required documents for the treatment cost to the applicant's department

Claim filed within 2 years since the accident date
Treatment period: 180 days since the accident date (with no exception)
Cost of treatment with hospitalization: compensated on the basis of standard hospital room specified by the National Health Insurance
In case of an accident that occurred before PM 16:00, May 9th, 2020: compensation is limited to the self-funded treatment cost plus KRW 2 million
In case of an accident that occurred after PM 16:00, May 9th, 2020: compensation is limited to the self-funded treatment cost plus KRW 3 million

Insurance claim and consent to provision of personal information (These forms must be filled by handwriting of the insured.)
Accident statement or the university authority's official document that proves the insured was injured within the campus or during university events outside the campus)
Receipt issued from hospital or pharmacy (Sales check of credit card is not accepted.)
Medical chart of first medical examination or medical diagnosis report (Submit usually in case that sum of the claim exceeds KRW 100,000; these documents are not required when requesting a small amount of claim.)
Conformation of hospitalization and discharging the hospital (in case that the insured is hospitalized)
Conformation of operation (in case that the insurant received operational treatment)
Certificate of enrollment
Copy of bankbook is omittable (State on the insurance claim form.)
