College of Education at GNU, established in 1969, has been making efforts with the goal of 'fostering educators who have upright personality, expertise, and creativity' with 'the education pioneers faithful to their calling' as its ideal of education.

More than 13,000 students have graduated from college, and also they are contributing to society, serving as the backbone of middle/high schools as well as education institutes all over the country.

The college currently consists of 16 departments (the largest in Korea), affiliated middle school (18 classes) and middle school (20 classes), Education Training Institute, and etc. In addition, with its associated tracks in Graduate School of Education (including 29 majors; master degree course) and General Graduate School (master/doctor degree course), the college is raising experts equipped with core abilities for education.

In order to return the interests and care from the people, all the members of the college will continue to be the educational institute that raises truth-seeking and humanity-realizing talented experts.
